It caught my attention because I didn’t know what Digital Real Estate was? And they were using a review of Wealthy Affiliate to drive traffic to their site.
However, I did notice that the information they provided about Wealthy Affiliate was grossly outdated and filled with inaccuracies. But, that’s another story.
The website creators seem to market DRE as some brand new revolutionary form of online real estate. In reality, though, it was simply a website. It is an online asset, no doubt, but not quite the same as physical real estate.
In this review, we’ll take a closer look at the offerings of Digital Real Estate. I will compare it with Wealthy Affiliate, and provide you with insights to help you make an informed decision.
It’s important to clarify that I have no affiliation with Digital Real Estate or BAM; my aim is to provide an impartial evaluation.

By labeling this process as “rent,” they aim to equate it with real estate ownership and the passive income of collecting rent each month. Additionally, they assert that you can achieve impressive results by investing as little as an hour per week, supposedly making $1000 or more monthly. However, this claim couldn’t be further from the truth. It is not quick, or easy.
In actuality, getting a website to rank on the first page of Google can be a time-consuming and challenging endeavor, often taking months of dedicated effort. It’s important to recognize that this pursuit can become a full-time job in itself.
If you decide to invest in Joshua’s course, be aware that it comes with a substantial price tag and offers no refunds. A thorough understanding of effective SEO techniques is essential, given that Google has strict rules that must be followed. Failure to comply can result in swift penalties, causing your ranking to plummet and your website to vanish overnight.
Please note that my perspective on this DRE course is based on available online information, as I haven’t personally purchased it. On a related note, Wealthy Affiliate does teach valuable SEO techniques that have helped me achieve page #1 rankings on Google. However, it’s important to recognize that ranking success is not guaranteed, and achieving such results does take time and effort.

Yes, that’s what it costs for this Digital Real Estate course! And you are correct, there is no refund! The training they offer doesn’t appear to be any better than the training you receive at Wealthy Affiliate for a much much lower price tag!
They price these courses to make a lot of money for themselves, it’s just plain greed! People need to know that they can get the same training much cheaper.
You can even try the starter package at WA and see if it is for you before you invest your money! But, you will need the premium package to create a successful business.
I am sure that price increases are going to happen with Digital Real Estate(BAM) but, Wealthy Affiliate has kept their prices low for years, without any increases! That’s part pf the reason they have over 2.5 million members!
