  1. Hi my name is Karen and I was scammed by Anthony Morrison. It wasn’t very much, however, I am very sick and my Disability was exhausted. My husband just started a new job, so to say the least, we are in dire straits. This scamster took $191.00,which may not be a lot but right now every penny is precious. Please let me know how I can get my money back? Thank you so much for your time and I hope you can help me, FAST!

    • Hi Karen,
I am sorry you were scammed. I don’t think anything I tell you will be fast. If you used paypal, you can file a claim with them, and tell them you were scammed. You can also follow my checklist, and hopefully you will get your money back, but it will take time. Good luck!

  2. Hi Chas,
Great idea and great article that makes absolutely sense. There are so many people that have been waiting for this. Your case stated above is surely no individual one. It’s good that there is someone that wants to help scam victims.
    Wish you all the best

    • Hi Manuel,
The news tells you about the outrageous frauds like Bernie Madoff, but nobody hears about the hundreds of thousands of small scams going on probably daily around the world.
The internet has opened the floodgates for these bad guys. Thank you for your feedback, and best wishes to you as well.

    • Hi Keye,
It is sad, but it is true. I think it is hard to pass up a chance at grabbing the brass ring, and not working hard to get it…just doesn’t work that way.

  3. Hey Chas,

That is funny that you mention buying thinking your all set and then needing more still and by the time you notice it your almost 5k in debt with nothing but stress and overwork to show for it. I used to think I was the only one that had that problem and now I am starting to see that it happens to us all…. I’m excited to see what new scams people will report here in 2016 as the old ones are dying out, I’m assuming just more remakes as scams always seem to work throughout history, just how long is the question. Great article

    • Hi Brandon,
Yes, unfortunately just like you, I also thought I was so stupid to fall for a scam. But, I found out they are very good at what they do! They just take advantage of the people trying to get ahead, that fall for the get rich quick schemes! And even when you think you know better they still get you somehow, pretending to be a charity or something! They are so damn good at it! I’m hoping that we all learned our lesson!! Thanks
